At that time It seemed as if my world was at an end .I was upset .I didn”t hve confident to learn it well .I wnted to give up .But I know there are something you don”t want to do ,but you have to ,it”s your”s responsibility .My English examination often fail .I didn”t know what shou I do ,no one can help me,only myself.After a period of time ,my English teacher talked to me,I told her that I didn”t like English anymore on account of difficult .she said：”nothing is difficult if you put your heart into it.” On hearing this, I was wild excited.Because I know the key to success .I study harder than before,Now,I really love english ,Ienjoy communicating in English I hope I can speak fluently as native english speakers.Although my English isn”t very good,Ican surely do it well

Well, it's not all that bad. I was adopted.I grew up in rural Uganda, lost both my parents when I was very, very young.And when my parents passed, I experienced all the negative effects of poverty,from homelessness, eating out of trash piles, you name it.

I went through school, and the way this particular program worked, youfinished high school and after high school, you go learn a trade -- to become acarpenter, a mechanic or something along those lines.

We know it is difficult to learn English. My English is very good. I learnEnglish like this. I Listen to the teacher carefully and write the important points down on mynotebooks. Good evening, honorable judges, dear teachers, my fellow students: I feel so honored to have this privilege to give you a speech which entitled “A Chinese Dream”. Over two thousand years ago, Confucius, the greatest educator and the idea of “building a world of Datong”. What is “Datong”? In modern peoples eyes, it means “Great Unity”. It refers to a world in which everyone, rich or poor, noble or humble, plays his part appropriately and everything is righteously placed and distributed. It seems that only those illustrious figures like state leaders or great scholars and scientists have the obligation to shoulder this dream of establishing “great unity.” It seems that such an ordinary sophomore in college like me has nothing to do with the realization of this lofty dream. My dream is to have robots.In 2345, there are many robots in the world. Every family has more than one robot. Everyone can make different robot, its popular in the world.
I have three robots, the first one is from my friend, the second one is from my parents, and the third one is from my classmate.
The first robot is Peg. It has a square face, its body is a big circle, and it has a small mouth. It can run very fast, it can jump very high, it can swim slowly, and it can fly with me! It likes eating some milk for breakfast, some noodles for lunch and some porridge for dinner. Look! Peg is riding a bicycle. Its learning about balance. Be careful, Peg!
The second robot is Jack. It has a round face, two small eyes and a big mouth. It can dance very well, it can play the piano quite well, and it can skate well. thanksgiving day is the most truly american of the national holidays in the united states and is most closely connected with the earliest history of the country.
in 1620, the settlers, or pilgrims, they sailed to america on the may flower, seeking a place where they could have freedom of worship. after a tempestuous two-month voyage they landed at in icy november, what is now plymouth, massachusetts.
during their first winter, over half of the settlers died of[1] starvation or epidemics. those who survived began sowing in the first spring.
all summer long they waited for the harvests with great anxiety, knowing that their lives and the future existence of the colony depended on the coming harvest. finally the fields produced a yield rich beyond expectations. and therefore it was decided that a day of thanksgiving to the lord be fixed[2]. years later, president of the united states proclaimed the fourth thursday of november as thanksgiving day every year. the celebration of thanksgiving day has been observed on that date until today.
the pattern of the thanksgiving celebration has never changed through the years. the big family dinner is planned months ahead. on the dinner table, people will find apples, oranges, chestnuts, walnuts and grapes. there will be plum pudding, mince pie, other varieties of food and cranberry juice and squash. the best and most attractive among them are roast turkey and pumpkin pie. they have been the most traditional and favorite food on thanksgiving day throughout the years.
everyone agrees the dinner must be built around roast turkey stuffed with a bread dressing[3] to absorb the tasty juices as it roasts. but as cooking varies with families and with the regions where one lives, it is not easy to get a consensus on[4] the precise kind of stuffing for the royal bird.
thanksgiving today is, in every sense, a national annual holiday on which americans of all faiths and backgrounds join in to express their thanks for the year' s bounty and reverently ask for continued[5] blessings.
In China, the woman who is more than 40 year-old is called Da Ma, it has to be admitted that Da Ma is a powerful group, they own certain money at hand, we always hear about the news about them buying house everywhere or flying to the foreign country to buy the brands. The large group now has invaded the square at night, when the night comes, several groups of Da Ma go to the square, playing the music and dance until 9 o’clock. About few years ago, only few women would do this, but now, as the economy develops, people live a better life, so they begin to find entertainment. Da Ma have made the square dance popular, when we go out at night, we may find them dance everywhere. I think square dance is a good way for people to get exercise, they can keep fit.

It takes relatively less time and pains to learn or accept new things in a world full of changes and rapid developments. Security issue may sound clichéd, but when it comes to the campus security, we have to take it seriously. Nearly every day, there are reports to the security office on campus that valuable things are stolen away. A surrounding with stealing and mugging can’t be worse for studying. In such cases, what measures should be taken to improve the campus security?

it is a great honor and pleasure to be here on this beautiful saturday morning to share with you my sentiments about life and passion for the english language.
about a year and a half ago, i took part in my very first english speech contest. when i stood before the microphone with all eyes starring directly at me, i could hardly speak. i stood there, embarrassed and helpless, struggling in vain for the right thing to say. my fears had paralyzed me.
while my passion for english has never changed, i lost my courage to speak in public. when my professor again encouraged me to take part in this competition, i said “no.” i couldn’t endure yet another painful experience. he looked me straight in the eye and said something that pierced my heart. i will never forget his words. “look,” he said, “we all have our fears, and you have yours. you could twist your ankle in a basketball game, but then be afraid to ever play again. running away can never dispel your fears, but action will. a winner is not one who never fails，but one who never quits.”
i spent a whole day with his words twisting and turning in my mind. then i made the bravest and wisest decision of my life: i would face my fears –and take part in the competition!

Everyone has a dream.
Now I want to say something about my dream. What is my dream? I often ask myself. In my mind, everyone shall have his own dream. I think that having a dream means that we have an idea, and then we will do all the things to achieve the target. As long as we have a goal to be realized, we wont be blind at least.
My dream is to become a successful doctor, helping those sick people and saving their lives. Of course, to be a good doctor is very difficult, but I will do whatever I can do to keep everyone healthy. Thats my dream. I want to try my best to help the poor sick people of our country. I want to let them have an opportunity to receive excellent treatments for their illnesses without having to pay much or just enjoy them free. China is a developing country which needs good medicine and good doctors, especially in the countryside and distant villages. Now Im a junior student on Grade One, all my classmates and I are working hard. We all know that the entrance exam of high schools coming in the year of 20xx is a big challenge for us, so we must study harder and harder in order to go to a good high school.
