Not enough produces a dull. harsh sound. Too much makes sharp, annoying noir, or causes the string to snap. However, just the right degree can create magnificent tones. Similarly, we all need to find the proper level of stress that promotes optimal performance, and enables us to make harmonious music. Good health is more than just the absence of illness. Rather, it is a very robust state of physical and emotional well being that acknowledges the importance and inseparability of mind/body relationships. In the next program. In recent years, college students find it increasingly difficult to get a job. It sounds strange since young college students are usually intelligent, well-educated phenomenon, aspirant and eager to bring their talent into full play. Consequently, most college students are unwilling to accept vacant jobs they consider not “good” enough. Solution to the problem requires efforts on both the society and the students. The companies should value the students, talent and knowledge while the latter should not merely aim at material gains. However, we can hardly see ourselves in it.Perhaps sometimes we can, but only as a colourless face. Technology has broughtgreat convenience of communication for information but at the same time, it haswebbed our thought.
Several years ago, an article named “Is Google making us stupid” got quitepopular on the Internet. At that time, I thought it was just alarmism but now Ifind it much worse because technology is not just making us stupid but alsoweakening our independent thought. About half year ago, I was invited to judge adebate competition. When I arrived at the competition room, I noticed it was anold and classic topic, so I was expecting those players to give me some new andspecial ideas. Unfortunately, when the game continued, I found all theviewpoints and examples they used were totally the same as the previouscompetition. The only fun during the competition was to predict what they wouldsay. As far as I was concerned, they were not making a debate but replaying avideo. Obviously, they just spoke for the black mirror.
Debate was born as an area that we use our own thought to defend ouropinion. However due to high technology, all these "My opinion is" in thecompetition are actually "The opinion I have found is". That is , really, atragedy because all human dignity lies in thought which has been weakened byconvenient technology.

Now I want to say something about my dream. What is my dream? I often ask myself. In my mind, everyone shall have his own dream. I think that having a dream means that we have an idea, and then we will do all the things to achieve the target. As long as we have a goal to be realized, we wont be blind at least.
My dream is to become a successful doctor, helping those sick people and saving their lives. Of course, to be a good doctor is very difficult, but I will do whatever I can do to keep everyone healthy. Thats my dream. I want to try my best to help the poor sick people of our country. I want to let them have an opportunity to receive excellent treatments for their illnesses without having to pay much or just enjoy them free. China is a developing country which needs good medicine and good doctors, especially in the countryside and distant villages. Now Im a junior student on Grade One, all my classmates and I are working hard. We all know that the entrance exam of high schools coming in the year of 20xx is a big challenge for us, so we must study harder and harder in order to go to a good high school. seeing this topic, what first strikes my mind is the group of blind football players who won the silver medal at the beijing paralympics games. what they did shows the spirit of the old saying “never say die”. instead of giving up because of their blindness, they have redoubled their efforts and they did wonders.
never give up, even though there are many difficult things waiting for you. if you try your best, maybe there will be many successes behind you the next time.

当我推出这个动议的时候，我说政府不能在任何年轻人的生活中起主导作用。担起作为伟大的父母或导师的责任是我们作为个人必须做出的选择。没有一个政府项目可以取代父母的爱。还有，作为一个国家，我们有很多方式帮助父亲们和母亲们做出这个选择。
That’s why, earlier this week, we brought working dads from across Americato the White House to talk about the challenges they face. And in a few weeks,I’ll hold the first-ever White House Working Families Summit. We’ve still gottoo many workplace policies that belong in the 1950s, and it’s time to bringthem up to date for today’s families, where oftentimes, both parents areworking. Moms and dads deserve affordable child care, and time off to care for asick parent or child without running into hardship. Women deserve equal pay forequal work – and at a time when more women
are breadwinners for a family, that benefits men, too. And because noparent who works full-time should have to raise a family in poverty, it’s timefor Congress to follow the lead of state after state, get on the bandwagon, andgive America a raise.
这就是为什么本周早些时候，我们邀请了一些来自全美各地的工薪父亲们来到白宫讨论我们面对的挑战。在今后几周里，我将在白宫举办白宫工薪家庭峰会。我们现在有很多职场政策还是1950年代的，现在是使它们跟上今天的家庭的时候了，这些家庭通常是双亲都工作。母亲们和父亲们理应得到可承受的儿保，可以请假照顾生病的父母或孩子而不至于陷入困境。妇女理应得到同工同酬待遇--当更多妇女成为家庭支柱时，男人也从中受益。因为我们不允许任何全职父母支撑一个家庭就要陷入贫困，所以现在是国会紧跟一个又一个州的潮流，给美国一个提升。
Dads work hard. So our country should do what we can to make sure theirhard work pays off; to make sure life for them and their families is a littleless stressful, and a little more secure, so they can be the dads their kidsneed them to be. Because there’s nothing more precious in life than the time wespend with our children. There’s no better feeling than knowing that we can bethere for them, and provide for them, and help give them every shot atsuccess.
父亲们勤奋工作。所以我们的国家应该尽力让他们的努力得到回报;确保他们和他们的家庭的生活更加成功一点，更加安全一点，以使他们成为他们的孩子们想要的父亲们。因为人生中没有什么比他们花在孩子们身上的时间更加珍贵了。没有什么比知道我们就在他们的身边，为他们提供他们需要的，给他们任何成功的机会更加幸福的感觉了。
Let’s make sure every dad who works hard and takes responsibility has thechance to know that feeling, not just on one Sunday, but every day of theyear.

I think her working is often exactly alike my father--investment, tireless,efficient,and pursuit of perfection.
She loves to be angry and excited very much; be silence and talkative aswell. In short, there have "four seasons" of different moods in a day.
My mother always loves to say “case by case”. Whatever I do, rightness orwrong, she loves me. That's true, such as when I examined well, she neverpraised, but let me try hard again; when not well, she was not angry (sometimesexceptions, but very few), but let me do better!

我觉得她做事、干活都和爸爸一模一样——投入、不知疲倦、高效、追求完美。
她很爱生气，又很爱兴奋;既爱沉默，又很健谈。总之，一天就有情绪“四季”。
我妈妈总是爱说“就事论事”，不管我做得对与错，她都爱我。的确这样，比如我考试好了，她不表扬，却让我再努力;考不好，她也不生气(有时例外，但很少)，而是帮助我做得更好!

Good morning everybody! my name is dubin. its my honor to speak here, today id like to talk something about energy conservation and emission reduction! and i am very glad to share my idea on this topic with you. there are three parts in my presentation,and it will last about 10 minutes.please be free to ask if you have any question.
So,first of all,i’d like to show you the current situation of energy using. energy conservation and emission reduction means to save energy and reduce harmful gas emission. with the development of science and technology, our life has become more and more colorful. however, it is also associated with huge energy consumption.
Here is a picture, it shows that with the continuous development of human society, our consumption of energy is more and more huge. as we know, nowadays, our main source of energy is non-renewable resource. its storage capacity is very limited, and most of them have been used , and still being consumed very quickly .
Here is a bar chart , from which we can be aware of the importance and urgency of energy saving in addition, there are some picture about the greenhouse effect. because a large amount of greenhouse gas emission, global temperatures are rising .it give cause to the rise of sea level ,and natural disasters is frequent…..
Now,let’s turn to the second part,why is energy saving so important?in order to let the world be still beautiful, we need to do something .for one thing, energy conservation and emission reduction will slow down the energy consumption, and save the resources; for another, we are also protecting the environment at the same time,it can reduce greenhouse gas and other harmful gas emission. according to the survey, in our country, coal accounted for 80% of total electricity, but coal will produce large amounts of greenhouse gases.
So,the most important part is coming,in our daily life,how can we save energy? there are many ways, such as: turn off the lights when you needn’t, drive less and walk more , save pa-pe-r, plant more trees.
Guys, in order to let the grass become greener, the sky become bluer, the environment become cleaner.from now on, we must learn to do everything we can to save energy. come on! ok,this all .thanks for your listening!
