The best things can come from the worst experiences
Once, when I was in Sicily, I was swindled by a stranger for a hundreddollars. At first I was devastated. I spent the entire next day thinking aboutwhat I should have done to keep my money, and what I would do if I had it. Butwhat I learned from this about humanity, about the nature of good and evilwithin people, and how circumstances force them to do bad things showed me a lotabout myself and how to cope with misfortune.

Plan for the unexpected
An itinerary can be helpful, but you won’t be able to plan everything downto the smallest detail. How could you possibly have known about that littlerestaurant at the back of that alley before you arrived, or that friendly localwho invited who into his house to hear him play thesanturi? Often, the bestparts of a trip are a result of an adventure.
when holiday comes, thousands of people pour into the tourist sites, theywant to relax themselves and enjoy the beautiful scenery. but chinese peoplehave a bad habit, they like to leave some notes on the site, proving them havebeen here before. such a behavior has been criticized by the public, because theleaving note will damage the preservation of the tourist site. most of thetourist sites are part of our country’s historical relics, these sites arepriceless, it is everyone’s duty to protect the sites. when we go to travel, weshould behave ourselves. first, we need to have the idea that no rubbish beingleaved behind when we leave the site. we should take away what we bring, keepthe environment clean. second, no any notes being written in the sites. thoughin the old days, chinese workers like to leave their names on the sites, but nowit is a new world, we need to behave ourselves.
In your youth, you will make choices that will define you. The disciplines you begin now will be with you for the rest of your life. Traveling will change you like little
You will begin to understand that the world is both a big and small place. You will have a new-found respect for the pain and suffering that over half of the world takes for granted on a daily basis. And you will feel more connected to your fellow human beings in a deep and lasting way. You will learn to care.
Traveling allows you to get some culture
While you’re still young, you should get cultured. Get to know the world and the magnificent people that fill it.
There’s nothing quite like walking alongside the Coliseum or seeing Michelangelo’s David in person. I can describe the city of San Juan and its amazing beaches and historic sites to you, but you really have to see it for yourself to experience it. You can read all the books in the world about the Great Wall of China or The Louvre , but being there is a different story.
The world is a stunning place, full of outstanding works of art. See this while you’re still young. Do not squander this time, because you will never have it again.
You won’t always be young, and life won’t always be just about you. So travel and experience the world for all it’s worth. You will become a person of culture, adventure and compassion.
There is a saying that “You can either travel or read, but either your body or soul must be on the way.” With the improvement of living standards, more and more people have time and money to travel. During traveling, one can meet various people, make new friends and experience various lifestyles of different places.
Almost everyone has their own favorite place to travel because of specific reasons, such as the people, climate or scenery of that place, the influence of friends or some beautiful memories and so on.
Nowadays, people do not have to think much about transportation. People can travel by car or driving themsleves to near places, or by train, plane to far places. So, if you have a place want to travel, just go and relax yourself.
Even when you’re traveling with others, it can be isolating when no onespeaks your language. Too often, you will have to make do thinking thoughts inyour head, which is what many great thinkers, philosophers and artists have longknown and practiced.
When you travel to a country that speaks a different language, it’s easy tospot what else makes it different. From the way the sunlight falls across avalley to the different flora andfauna in the surrounding forest, use yoursenses to determine what else is different in your foreign destination.

We’re all part of a human family, but it’s easy to forget that when we movethrough our daily routine, seeing people who live just like we do. But when yousee people going about their daily existence in ways very different from yourown, it can open your eyes to how similar you are to them, and howdifferent.
Living in the moment
Traveling is kind of like being in love. Except instead of being intimatewith another person, you become intimate with a place. Those moments of pleasurewhen the sun hits your face and you look out onto a foreign countryside, orarrive at a new train depot in a bustle of taxis and hawkers—those are themoments you, or at least I, remember, and live for, again and again.
