i am very glad to make a speech here in this class again! this time, i\'d like to talk something about english.
i love english. english language is now used everywhere in the world. it has become the most common language on internet and for international trade. learning english makes me confident and brings me great pleasure.
when i was seven, my mother sent me to an english school. at there, i played games and sang english songs with other children . then i discovered the beauty of the language, and began my colorful dream in the english world.
everyday, i read english following the tapes. sometimes, i watch english cartoons.
on the weekend, i often go to the english corner. by talking with different people there, i have made more and more friends as well as improved my oral english.
this is my teacher’s desk. there are many interesting things.
there is a fish bowl on the cabinet.his name is goldy.her name is swimmy.
there is a large blackboard on the front wall.my teacher writes our homework on it.
there is a birthday chart on the back wall.my teacher puts our names and birthdays on it.
there is a round clock above the door.it tells us what time it is.
there are our drawings on the side wall.this is mine.this is jenny’s.
there is a reading couch in the corner.this is my favorite place.
i hope i can travel around the world someday. i want to go to america to visit washington monument, because the president washington is my idol. of course, i want to go to london too, because england is where english language developed. if i can ride my bike in cambridge university, i will be very happy. i hope i can speak english with everyone in the world. i\'ll introduce china to them, such as the great wall, the forbidden city and anshan.
i know, rome was not built in a day. i believe that after continuous hard study, one day i can speak english very well.
if you want to be loved, you should learn to love and be lovable. so i believe as i love english everyday , it will love me too.

饭店吵吵嚷嚷，你看着爸爸，爸爸的目光却死死的盯住一盘饺子，一盘生饺子。
“爸，您想吃饺子啊!”
你正准备把那盘饺子下过，爸爸却突然伸出手，捏住一只饺子，放进了衣兜。
你惊呆了，下意识的说：“爸，您干什么啊!”
爸爸含糊不清的说：“这这这是给我儿子的，他最爱吃这个。”
你怔住了。
你的爸爸他老了，他或许忘了很多事情。
可他从未忘记爱你。
各位领导、各位评委：大家好!
首先感谢组织提供这样一个平等竞争的机会，使我有幸参加这次竟聘。
一、 本人基本情况
我叫###，现年###岁，党员，金融大专学历，会计师，现任###处###员。我竟聘的职务是###处副处长。
我1986年毕业于###金融专业，工作后通过参加自学考试取得了金融大学专科学历。
我的主要工作经历是1986年7月在省中行###处从事非贸易票据托收业务经办工作;1988年主动申请调入###支行，从事外汇存贷款业务、联行业务复核工作;1989年10月任###支行外汇业务科副科长，主持工作;1993年初调入###支行任###科副科长，主持工作，先后从事过本外币综合核算、联行业务、财务及综合管理、计划统计等工作，所负责的部门获得过省行级“先进单位”;__年通过竟聘担任支行###部主任一职，负责支行###、综合管理等，__年被省行评为“综合管理先进单位”;__年1月调入省行###处，承担###工作。
二、竟聘理由
1、具有较强的理论知识和业务能力。16年来我一直在基层从事###工作，对国家的金融政策、会计制度，银行的各项财会政策、规章制度、业务流程都比较熟悉，会计知识、银行业务、技能功底扎实，实践经验丰富，有较高的业务水平，具备了良好的业务素质。
2、具备相应的管理能力。我担任基层行###部门的负责人十多年，积累了较丰富的管理经验，具有较强的组织能力、管理能力、协调能力。
3、具有任劳任怨的黄牛精神，作风踏实，具有一丝不苟的敬业精神，认真工作，分毫不差，以一种“较真”的态度处理每一笔会计业务，不敷衍塞责。有很强的适应能力。
各位领导，如我能竟聘上这一职务，我将加倍努力，勤奋工作。下面，我谈一下我的工作思路。
二、 工作思路
###部门要拓深管理，以认真务实的精神，严格制度设计，严密组织管理，强化监督机制，细心检查，细致分析，认真改进，不断提高会计工作水平。财会工作应以规范管理防范风险为重点，加强制度建设，改进会计核算，完善内部控制，严格基建管理和固定资产管理，提高###人员的业务素质和工作质量，促进我行###工作上新台阶。
1、集中全行的会计核算、资金清算、会计档案管理等，达到集中风险控制，合理运用资源，提高效率的目的。
2、制定全行统一的会计核算和管理制度，并对全辖会计核算进行监督和检查，要大力强化制度约束，使会计工作的各个岗位，各个环节都处于制度的严密控制之下。
3、制定各项业务内控制度，依据风险级别进行重点监控和管理，研究业务中存在的风险，结合业务实际提出风险监控报告。我行财会部门内部控制建设已有长足的发展，但是，面对人们日益复杂的思想、现象、行为，内控制度要从过去防范差错转向防范犯罪，保障资金安全方面。
4、加强全行会计核算合规性、合法性的管理。按照“分级负责”的原则严格实行违规查究，下级行要对上级行负责;营业部门要对会计部门负责;会计主管要对分管行长负责。发生问题，共同负责。会计监督检查要做详细的纪录，检查部门和人员要对检查结果承担责任。只有这样，才能促进会计制度的落实，才能保证会计核算的质量，才能提高会计管理的水平。
5、改革费用分配管理办法。遵循效益最大化原则，将各行的费用分为基本费用和业务发展费用，业务发展费用与各行经营业绩挂勾，经营业绩越好费用越多。
