Nowadays, every student pays enough attention to study habit because of its importance. As for me, I have three ways to improve my study habits.
现在,每个学生都很注意学习习惯,因为它很重要。对我而言,我有三种方法来改善我的学习习惯。
Firstly, make a plan for my study. The plan, I think, should include both the timetable, the regular and extra practice items. And the plan should be updated according to the progress of my study from time to time. Once the plan made, I follow it strictly.
首先,给我的学习制定一个计划。我认为计划应该包括时间表,规律和额外的实践项目。而且,计划应该根据学习的进步时而不时地更新。一旦制定了计划,就要严格执行。
Secondly, make full use of the time in the class. I take notes of the important points of every class. I do not talk about anything that has nothing to do with the class. More importantly, I pay all my attention to the class and listen to the teacher carefully.
其次,要充分利用课堂上的时间。我每一节课的重点我都做好笔记。课堂上我不讨论与课堂无关的事情。更重要的是,我我全神贯注于课堂,认真听老师讲课。
Thirdly, critical study is also very important. It means that we should not accept anything blindly and with careful thought. Everything is not absolutely correct in the world and everything is changing. We can find many answers to a question. If we think critically, we may find many possibilities to solve a problem.
再次,批判性学习也很重要。这意味着我们不应该不经过认真思考就盲目接受一切。世界上的每一件事都不是绝对正确的,每件事都是时刻变化着的。同一个问题我们可以找到很多种答案。入股我们进行批判性的思考,我们就会发现解决问题的很多种可能。
Good living habits are important to our lives, which ensure us a healthy body and a good mood. Having a good rest is the basic, so that we can have enough energy in the whole day. Otherwise, we can do nothing if we were sleepy. Therefore, remember to sleep and get up early. Besides, eating healthily also plays an important role. There is an old saying goes, “A close mouth catches no flies.” That is telling us pay attention to our eating. Finally, doing exercises is essential.
It brings us health as well as relaxation and pleasure. Many stress and negative emotions can be drained away by doing exercises. In short, healthy living habits bring many benefits, although sometimes you even do not realize.
As we know food gives us energy. We must have enough food to keep us healthy.
If we choose right food we can have healthy eating habits. We should eat more fruit and vegetables instead of biscuits hamburgersBeijing roast duck and so on We should eat fewer snacks and candies.
Different foods help us in different ways.We should have different kinds of foods such as fruit vegetables grains eggs milk meat fish and so on We should do exercise more often so we can become healthier.
I think healthy habits are very important for us.
All of us want to be healthy. First we should get enough sleep during the night. We can go to bed early and get up early. Staying up late is bad for our health. Second we must have the right kinds of food. We should eat more fruit and vegetables and less meat. We should drink a lot of water. We should have healthy eating habits. Third we should do more exercise to build up our bodies. Finally we should wash hands before meals and brush our teeth twice a day. If we don’t feel well we should go to see the doctor at once.
我认为健康的生活习惯对我们来说是非常重要的。
我们都想要健康。首先我们应该得到足够的睡眠在晚上。我们可以去早睡和早起。熬夜对我们的健康是不好的。第二我们必须有正确的种类的食物。我们应该多吃水果和蔬菜少吃肉。我们应该喝大量的`水。我们应该有健康的饮食习惯。第三我们应该多做运动来建立我们的身体。最后我们应该饭前洗手和刷牙一天两次。如果我们感觉不舒服应该马上去看医生。

This week I was not happy. Because I felt tired and weak. And I had a fever. Yesterday I went to the hospital with my father. The doctor gave me much medicine and advised me "You should drink water as much as possible. And then you should have a good rest.
After that I came home from hospital. The following day I decided to do some things every day. For example:
1、 I want to do sports every day.
2、 I can‘t eat junk food or drink coffee. And I will eat lots of vegetables and fruits every day.
3、 Go to bed on time and sleep 10 hours every night.
I thought these healthy habits could help me get good grades and study better. I hope I can grow healthily.
I have some habbits, some are good, but some are bad.
I like reading very much. From reading science books, I get a lot of knowledge. From reading novels, I lose myself in the stories. I like doing sports, too. It helps me keep healthy. Also I never put today's work till tomorrow. They are all my good habbits. They help me a lot in my daily life.
However, I also have some bad habbits. For example, sometimes I do my homework slowly, and stay up till very late. During meals I prefer meat to vegetables. And sometimes I play computer games too long without having a reat. They are all harmful to my health.
I'll try to keep my good habbits, and give up the bad ones. Then I'll live better.
There are many kinds of good habits. As a student, he should study hard and finish the homework on time. It is a bad habit to copy other’s homework. He should not spend too much time playing computer games. He should take an active part in sports and recreation. That’s a good habit, too. It is important for students to have good habits. Good habits will help a lot in our daily life.
