On December 20, 1988, I received a BBA degree from Brigham Young University besides courses in accounting, management, and marketing. I have taken speech, industrial psychology, and business communications to better prepare myself to work effectively with people.
As an employee at Sears, Roebuck in Provo, Utah, I have performed various duties from receiving clerk to cashier to candidate for management trainee. I believe that my supervisor there will tell you that I was a dependable, conscientious worker. My part?time work of approximately 25 hours a week enabled me to pay the major part of my college expenses.
In addition to education and experience, Mr. Levy, my college activities have prepared me to work well with people. As senior vice president in charge of recruiting for my professional fraternity, I organized a number of educational and social meetings for prospective members. During the time I served as chairman of recruiting, we pledged more men and women than we had for the previous three years.Besides the qualifications mentioned, I would bring to your bank a desire to succeed and a willingness to work hard. 首现，我想说作为一名党员。我这样做不只是因为白纸上的一句党员优先，党员要积极地为社会做贡献。惭愧地说，高中时对入党没有深刻的概念，只是因为班级里投票时票数较高和对共产党有着说不出的好感就这样加入了中国共产党，上了大学以后，在一次简短的见面会上，我听到学长说，大学生是这个社会最活跃的细胞，我们应该做的就是积极地为社会做贡献，回报社会。那时我是第一次觉得我们大学生、我们党员做的就应该是回报社会，积极地为同学、老师、学校服务。说得大一点，是为祖国为社会的建设贡献出自己的力量!在新生入学典礼中，我记忆犹新的一句话就是孟大惟老师说过：大学就是半个社会，在这个社会中你要找清你自己的位置，并且好好做好这个位置的工作，让这个位置“没你不行”!所以我给我自己的定位就是在大学的四年生活中尽可能地参加班委学生会以及学校组织的其他一些可以使自己成长的工作，通过这些岗位和活动，服务同学，回报学校和社会，并且在这个平台中展现自己，达到锻炼自己的目的。
在以前的学习生涯中，我在初中曾担任副班长一职，在高中三年担任了班级的团支部书记，在这些工作中，我积累了一定的工作经验，有着一定的协调领导组织能力，正是基于这些经验，如果您认为我能担任这项职务，我可以积极迅速地投入到自己的工作中。
如果问我作为一名班委最重要的是什么，我想用热情、耐心和进取这三个词来概括，只有有工作的热情，在能在自己愿意的情况下高效率地进行工作，并且我对工作的热情还会感染同学更加团结一致，更关爱这个集体，有了耐心才可以更加细致地做完工作。进取，我觉得这是每个人都应该有的素质，只有不断进取我们才能进步才能成长，通过进取才能让我们商院的会计班更加有活力更加团结，并且一步步地壮大。我相信在我的热情耐心和进取心下，一定可以把这份工作做好，做亮!
我认为作为一个班委，特别是年级的大班委，最重要的是用自己的能力把自己、上级和这四个班级三个阶层有机地联合起来。这样才能才最快的时间内传达最准确的消息，在遇到重大事情时开会讨论，集思广益，集中大家的智慧和经验，来做出切实可行的决定，同时这样，就能更大地调动各班级支委的积极性和主动性，大家团结协作，共同做好工作。作为一个团支书，我觉得还有重要的一点就是放手用人，在团支部中，每个人都有自己的工作，在这其中要有明确的分工，各项工作有专人的负责，发挥他们的特长，在他们职权范围内创造性地开展工作，使他们的聪明才智得以发挥出来，大家团结协作，共同做好工作，这样不仅发挥了我们的集体优势，还可以是我们这个大家庭更加团结。
除此之外我还对这份工作有着新想法，在大学生活中，有一个体会就是大学的班级没有高中的更加具有凝聚力，也许是我的理解有错误。但我认为只有真正融入到一个集体中大家各显其能集思广益才能在群体中真正发挥自己的优势，所以我想如果我能担任团支书一职，我会尽可能地和班委一起组织一些活动来让会计班甚至财管班的同学增加更多的交流机会，让我们这个集体更加具有凝聚力，我相信团结就是力量，只有团结的集体才是战无不胜的!
希望老师您能给我这一次服务同学锻炼自己的机会，但如果您觉得我不适合这份工作，我服从对我职位的调剂。
